How does the forecast work?

Soonwise records when you complete each task, then runs thousands of simulated versions of your near future to estimate when you'll finish what's still on your list. The more you complete, the sharper the forecast. It's a probability based on how you actually work — not a fixed deadline.

What are Later, Soon, Now, and Done?

Does my data sync between devices?

Yes — automatically and privately through your own iCloud account, across iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Make sure you're signed in to the same iCloud account and have iCloud enabled. Soonwise also works fully offline.

Is there an account or subscription?

No account, and no subscription. Soonwise is free for a generous number of completed tasks, with a one-time unlock to continue. No ads and no cross-app tracking — just optional, anonymous usage stats you can switch off in Settings.

How do I restore my purchase?

On a new device, open Settings in Soonwise and use the restore option, or re-trigger the unlock — purchases are tied to your Apple Account.

How do I delete my data?

Your data lives on your devices and in your own iCloud. Delete the app to remove it from a device, and manage or remove the iCloud copy via Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Soonwise.
